Lifestyle precinct at Tun Razak Exchange to open in 4Q2023

The Exchange TRX, the lifestyle district of the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) in Kuala Lumpur, is readied to open up in 4Q2023. According to developer Landlease, The Exchange TRX will have more than 400 stores throughout 4 retail levels, by having 1.3 million sq ft of total net lettable area.
Shops will include “new-to-market brands, statement stores, and also reimagined outlet structures”. Anchor renters such as Golden Display Cinemas, Japanese chain store Seibu, and even Hong Kong’s Dairy Farm Group. There may even be 100 dining shops.
